What we collect

Merchant account details, business verification documents, and transaction data required to orchestrate payments: amounts, currencies, country, payment method type, customer email where provided by the merchant, and the outcomes returned by partners. Settlerock does not store card numbers.

Why

To route, settle, reconcile and protect payments; to meet legal obligations including anti-money-laundering rules; to operate monitoring, alerts and automation features; and to answer support requests.

Who sees it

Licensed partners carrying a merchant’s traffic receive what they need to process it. Settlerock staff access is role-based and audited. Copilot features operate on the merchant’s own data within the merchant’s tenant scope.
